Cross Xtreme
5000 API "SM" engine oils are blended with state-of-the-art base oils and
additives to meet the most current API and ILSAC requirements for engine oils.
These products are fully licensed by the API and meet or exceed all
manufacturers’ warranty requirements for passenger cars, light trucks and SUV’s
manufactured or sold in the United States.
The advanced
formulas of Xtreme 5000 allow these oils to be used for 5,000 or more miles of
service between oil changes under normal combined city and highway driving.
Grades 5W-20 and 5W-30 are partially formulated with synthetic base oils to
further meet demanding cold weather requirements. Grades 5W-20, 5W-30 and
10W-30 are all approved under the stringent ILSAC guidelines for use in new cars
with low emission engines.
