ISO Certification
Cross Oil Refining and Marketing, Inc., is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company. ISO 9001:2000 requires a company to have a Quality System that meets certain requirements and to fully document its procedures and methods for its operations. This not only includes inspection, but also manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, marketing, and any other areas that effect our ability to deliver a product that meets the customer requirements.
Part of ISO 9001:2000 is a commitment on the part of the company to continually improve its product and systems. Part of how we do this is by tracking the important parameters of our product with statistical techniques. This allows us identify areas that need improvement, act on the results, and monitor the results. This has allowed us the implement methods that improved the overall quality of our process and product.
